Union Hotel is open year round in order for guests to be able to take full advantage of all four glorious seasons in Norfolk County.
High Season:
High season for us begins Friday of the Victoria Day long weekend in May, through to and including the Monday of Thanksgiving weekend in October.
Low Season:
Low season for us begins Tuesday after Thanksgiving in October, through to and including the Thursday prior to Victoria Day long weekend in May.

Multi-Day Stays
After your first night at regular price, your nightly rate for each consecutive night of your stay, the regular nightly rate is discounted by $150.
For example:
A weekend consisting of a Friday & Saturday night during low season would include the standard rate of $650 for the Friday night and then a rate of only $500 for the Saturday night.
$1,150 + hst for the 2 day weekend.
Want to add on the Sunday night as well? Sunday’s rate of $550 would be reduced to $400.
$1,550 + hst for the 3 day weekend
Room rates are based on the exclusive use of the allotted suite of rooms on the Second Floor of Union Hotel as well as Sitting Room #1 and the Taproom, both located on the First Floor.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms are located on the second floor, as well a Dressing Room, the Ballroom, and Upper Verandah.
Maximum Overnight Occupancy – 6 adults
Maximum Additional Daytime Guests – 6 adults
Maximum Total Occupancy – 12 adults
A full breakfast that highlights the bounty of Norfolk County and local purveyors for each overnight guest is included in the room rates and served in the main dining room.
Cleaning charges are included in the rates listed.
Nightly Rates are subject to 13% HST.

Deposits & Cancellations
A deposit of 50% of anticipated charges is required at time of reservation. Deposits are fully refundable up until 7 days to arrival date. Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date, will result in all deposits being retained as a cancellation fee.
Currently, payments can be made via e-transfer and cash.
